Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

 

  • Full refunds can be issued provided passes haven’t been used and the refund request occurs prior to the pass expiring. An admin fee of R200 will be charged to refund purchases. Refunds will not be provided for any lost or stolen passes or products.
  • To be eligible for refund you would need to present proof of a cancelled holiday to Cape Town, for the specified period the VIP Pass was initially purchased for.
  • Proof of purchase will also need to be supplied before a refund request will be entertained.
  • If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days.
