How It Works

1 – Choose the Pass which best suits your needs. Solo VIP Pass, Trio VIP Pass or the Family VIP Pass. Proceed to puchase your pass online, or contact us for any questions you might have.

 

2 – After purchasing your VIP Pass, you will receive an email receipt. After confirmation of payment, a second email will provide you with your VIP Pass and activated QR code. Your QR code and pass is then easy to display on your mobile device or print if necessary.

3 – Present your Pass.

Present your VIP Pass to any of our consultants on the V&A Watefront in Cape Town, they will be happy to assist you with your bookings.

Alternatively, present it at our trade partners’ offices to qualify for the agreed discount on the selected activities in Cape Town.

 The VIP Pass reference number can be quoted via email or telephonically with Shearwater in Victoria Falls or Siyabona Africa for a Kruger National Park Safari package.

How To Apply Your Discounts

Awesome!!! You have decided to purchase our VIP Pass and take advantage of the opportunity to make some savings while enjoying your stay in Cape Town.

 
By now you have received a welcome e-mail with your VIP Pass reference number.. The VIP Pass email can be displayed on your mobile device for easy access.
 
Once in Cape Town, present your VIP Pass reference number to our consultants on the V&A Waterfront, or at the offices of our trade partners, to redeem the discounts as indicated on the Trade Partners page.
 
You pay the discounted price based on their rack/public rates, thus preventing any inflation of prices which may affect your savings. Should you wish to book online, kindly contact our trade partners via email, as provided on their websites, in order to make your booking. This due to the fact that a discount needs to be applied to your booking or reservation.
Kindly reference your VIP Pass number, or numbers on the email when requesting your discounted rates.
 
It is that simple.
 
We have staff members present at the V&A Waterfront who will be available to assist you with any questions, or advice related to your activities. Your welcome e-mail would have provided 2 Whatsapp contact numbers, you are welcome to make your Cape Town based bookings with our consultants, or contact us if the need arises.
