How It Works
1 – Choose the Pass which best suits your needs. Solo Pass, Trio Pass or the Family VIP Pass. Proceed to purchase your pass online, or contact us for any related questions you might have.
2 – After purchasing your VIP Pass, you will receive an email receipt. After confirmation of payment, a second email will provide you with your VIP Pass and activated QR code.
Your QR code and pass is then easy to display on your mobile device, or print if necessary.
3 – Present your VIP Pass to any of our consultants on the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town, they will be happy to assist you with making your bookings.
Alternatively, present your pass at out Service Providers’ offices to qualify for the agreed discount on the selected activities in Cape Town.
The VIP Pass reference number can be quoted via email or telephonically when making your bookings online with Shearwater in Victoria Falls or Siyabona Africa for a Kruger National Park Safari Package.
- Your email will also include the contact details for our team based on the V&A Waterfront, who will be available for booking assistance or valuable activity related advice.
